Post-Open Meeting

Thanks so much to everyone who came to our open meeting this past Saturday!  It was a great success, and we got tons of great support and ideas from the attendees.  I have been sending out the emails to those who are looking to get involved in any way, so check your inboxes, kids!

Chicago Zine Fest isn't quite ready to go just yet, however.  We still need a lot of help in any way people are willing to contribute.  So if you're interested in getting involved, just send an email to chicagozinefest@gmail.com or fill out the contact form under the volunteer page and we'll send you some information on getting involved.

Also, we've started listing some of the exhibitors that have already signed up on our exhibitor page.  Hop on over there and see who's planning on coming!  Tables are filling up fast, so get yours while you still can.

Open Registration

We are very excited to be opening up registration to exhibit at the Chicago Zine Fest to all y'all zinesters and independent artists out there.  Just click on the link to the exhibitor page up at the top, under "Get Involved."  We already have several tables filled up, and there is only so much space, so if you want a table grab it before it gets gone!

As you may know already, there are several ways for you artists and writers to get involved that aren't exhibiting.  These include:

- Being a reader in our featured zine reading at Quimby's

- Submitting to be in the art show at Johalla Projects

- Leading or facilitating a workshop during the day of exhibition

You can find out more information about any or all of these by emailing us directly at Chicagozinefest@gmail.com.

Also, please remember to come to our open meeting this saturday at the Logan Square Library (3030 W Fullerton) if you are interested in getting involved backstage or helping out in any way.
