This is information we will use in the fest's printed program, and for promotional purposes on our website. This year we are introducing ten symbols to our exhibitor listing in our program which will give attendees an indication of the type of zine you create. You can choose up to 3 categories. This is an optional feature, but one we hope will encourage attendees to explore the zine fest more.

Chicago Zine Fest (CZF) Terms and Conditions

All exhibitors will be registered on a first-come, first served basis.
Registration forms will only be processed once CZF receives registration fee payment.
CZF will refund registration fees up to one week before the zine fest.
If tables sell out, applicants will be placed on a waiting list in the order their registration form & payment arrived. As tables open up, applicants will be offered a table space in turn.
No animals, except service animals, are allowed at the Chicago Zine Fest.
CZF loves crafts and art work, but we ask exhibitors focus their tables towards zines. At least 51% of your table should be zines or directly related to self-publishing.
Exhibitor agrees to not hold CZF, its staff, or Columbia College responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
CZF will not tolerate any actions or merchandise that is considered hateful towards a particular race, gender, sexuality, class, or disability or that makes any attendee, staff member or exhbitor feel unsafe. If content or actions are considered unacceptable by a party, a resolution will be mediated by CZF organizers and the concerned parties.
CZF reserves the right to request more information about the materials you request to table. No table space is reserved until you receive confirmation from CZF.
Exhibitor’s contact information will be kept private. CZF will not sell, trade, rent or give away exhibitor contact information to a third party.
Exhibitors gives CZF permission to use the information in the "Exhibitor Information" section of this form in CZF exhibit program, as well as for promotional purposes on http://www.chicagozinefest.org and in print.
